The Academic Advisory System or Sistem Penasihatan Akademik (PA) is a platform that used by FPTP to help students in terms of academic performance and their welfare. This system is a main factor for educational success, as it recognizes the problems/ challenges faced by students and assist them transcend these issues effectively to obtain a better student performance.
Academic Advisory depends on expert scientific competences offered in each department. Students are divided at the beginning of each academic semester and evaluated according to their academic status to acquire the necessary advising. The system assigns academic staff as academic advisors, with 20–40 students. Faculty provides an Online Advisory System, also known as PA Online, in which the academic advisor is able to monitor the students’ performance and establish a close interaction with the students effectively.
